Hi, I’m the heart and hands behind Smokey Lotus, a practice rooted in plant medicine, prayerful care, and a deep respect and inherent understanding for the wisdom of the body.

My work with oils began nearly sixteen years ago after breaking a bone. When the cast came off, I was desperate to restore movement and ease. That’s when I met Dianne, a local healer in Northeast Missouri…. and everything shifted.

What started as a few quiet treatments in her home opened the doorway to a lifelong path. Through her touch and her oils, I learned how powerful simple, sincere healing can be. I watched my grandmother walk comfortably again after regular treatments, a moment that shaped me more than I realized at the time.

From there, my journey widened. Over the past decade I’ve worked as an aromatherapist, energy worker, intuitive, channel, yoga teacher, and bodyworker. Each path has informed the next, weaving together a way of working that honors both the physical body and the unseen layers of the Holy Spirit that guides our wellbeing.

To me, oils are not just ingredients, they’re living medicine.
Every blend is created with intention, quiet listening, and a reverence for both God and the earth They made. I study the chemistry, honor the energetics, and craft each formula with the same devotion I bring to my own healing.

Today, Smokey Lotus has grown into a wholesale and practitioner-supported line, partnering with massage therapists, counselors, estheticians, spas, and healing spaces that value the integrity and innate earth wisdom these products are rooted in, as well as who desire to more deeply serve their families, communities, and clients.

Each remedy is made with respect for the land, for the lineages that came before us, for the Holy Spirit that guides us, and for every person whose hands or home these oils will touch. My hope is that you feel this and sacred servitude in every bottle.
