Hi, I’m the heart behind Smokey Lotus — a practice rooted in plant medicine, deep care, and a love for reconnecting with the wisdom of the body.

My journey with essential oils began about 15 years ago, after I broke my wrist during a 4th of July celebration (because yes, I know how to have a good time). When my cast came off, I was searching for ways to support healing and restore mobility. That’s when I met Dianne — a local healer in Shelbyville, MO — and everything shifted.

What began as a few treatments in her home quickly blossomed into a lifelong passion. Dianne taught me the true power of essential oils through hands-on healing and heart-led care. Before long, I was bringing my grandparents for treatments too. I’ll never forget seeing my grandmother walk with ease again — a gift from plants and loving hands.

Since then, my path has unfolded in many directions. For over a decade, I’ve practiced as a Reiki Master, channel, visionary, clairvoyant, yoga teacher, and bodyworker — work that deeply informs every formula I create. To me, oils are more than ingredients — they’re living medicine. Each blend is made with clear intention, energetic attunement, and deep respect for plant spirit and human healing.

Today, Smokey Lotus has grown into a mobile apothecary, traveling through Northwest Arkansas, Missouri, and Florida — offering plant-based body care, essential oil blends, balms, and ritual products at markets, pop-ups, and healing events. We’ve also expanded into wholesale, partnering with shops and practitioners who share our values of simplicity, intentionality, and earth-rooted wellness.

Every formula is crafted with reverence — for the land, for ancient lineages, for the unseen energies that guide us, and for every being whose path we cross. You can feel this in every bottle.
