How to Use

Bath: Add 1-3 Tablespons of the mixture to a warm bath and soak for 20–45 minutes. For foot soaks use less. For deeper detox or immune recovery, use more or soak more often. You can add essential oils to the dry mixture then add to water for added pleasue and purpose. You can also

Paste: make a paste to apply body mud by mixing a few TBSP of dry mixture with enough water to make spreadable paste. Good for drawing out internal infection, toxins, and inflammation by applying to armpits or feet and let it dry, you can re-wet it a couple time to reactivate the clay, when done rinse and pat dry. Effetive for redusing swelling, pain, and infection when applied locally upon a bug or spider bite or bee or wasp sting.
